Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of all personal data associated with your account. We respect your privacy rights and commit to processing valid requests promptly.
When you use OpenBiz, we may collect and store the following data:
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data through any of the following methods:
Send an email to privacy@openbiz.co.nz with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Log in to your account → Go to Dashboard → Profile Settings → Scroll to the bottom → Click "Delete Account".
Submit a data deletion request through our contact page, or call our customer service directly.
Once your data deletion request has been processed:
If you used your Facebook account to log in to OpenBiz, you can request data deletion at any time through any of the methods above. Additionally, you can manage app permissions through Facebook settings: go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → find OpenBiz → click "Remove". After removing the Facebook connection, we will automatically delete all data obtained through Facebook.
