We have no account system and store none of your reports or financial data
Nothing to delete, by design
OpenBiz is a free tool website: using the valuation or appraisal tools requires no registration, and we have no user account database. The financial data you submit is used only to generate that one report and is discarded once processed — it is never written to a database. The reports you generate exist only in your current browser session and are not saved on our servers. Because we never retain personal data about you in the first place, there is usually nothing for us to delete on your behalf.
What we do retain
- Anonymous website traffic statistics via Google Analytics (no name or contact details)
- Information you choose to share if you email us directly

Contact us any time to verify or request deletion:
Send an email to privacy@openbiz.co.nz describing your request, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Facebook Platform Compliance Note
This page also exists as the data-deletion callback status page required by the Facebook Platform. OpenBiz does not offer a "Log in with Facebook" feature and does not collect any personal user data via Facebook.
